My name is Gonz, but I go by Gunz N Knivez. I’ve been in the tattoo industry since 1998. I took up an apprenticeship through a good friend, Juan Carlos Hernandez (J.C.). I picked up my first four years of experience at Cool Cat Tattoo in the city of Bloomington, California. I also did a couple years at a shop in Orange County, California, called Big House Tattoo. I was heavily influenced by another good friend, Wilmer who goes by “Worm.” There were a couple other cats there that helped me out as well: Anthony “T,” Brent Vann, and last but not least, John “The Devil” Sanchez.
