The Backstreet Boys have many interesting tattoo designs, like Brian Littrell's tattoo that features lyrics to a song he wrote for his wife. A.J. McLean has the words "Laugh Now" etched just above his left elbow, at a place where the tattoo artist probably would have hit his funny bone. That's ironic.
