I’ve lived all over the states, Texas being the most prominent other than where I live now, the state of confusion, otherwise known as Arizona. I’ve been an artist all my life. Starting with my parents’ walls and working my way through canvas, t-shirts, Bike tanks, cars, and eventually skin and it’s unique spin-off, “flash”. I’ve been self-taught through all of them with no formal training other than the basics of how an airbrush and tattoo machine works. There are some major influences that I’ve admired and studied.
Frazetta, Giger, Sorayama, Paul Booth, Bob Tyrell, Guy Atchison, and Edward Lee, to name a few. I built my own tattoo machine and started working on friends and willing guinea pigs. I eventually bought professional equipment, and studied anything I could get my hands on concerning tattooing. As I got better, shaped and refined style, I started getting work in shops all over. Each new set of artists bringing a new level to my own work, until I opened my own shop in Texas, “Rembrandts Tattoos”.

I developed cancer at 30 and went through all the treatments and surgeries that go with it. I’ve been cancer free for over a decade now, but still have a couple definite scars as reminders. I still tattoo here and there, but spend most of my time concentrating on my art, beating the hell out of video games, and concentrating on enjoying life with my loving girlfriend and taking care of my two dogs.
