The self-proclaimed master of the "dumb tattoo" says "I never get a tattoo unless I know it will make somebody smile." Among his "bad idea tattoos" are the silhouette of an overweight woman, various swear words, the phrase "I Have A Small Weiner," and an an "off-road" tattoo that was inked while Henry Rollins drove a Humvee at high speed across the desert.

But his pièce de résistance, if one can use French terms while talking about Steve O, is the enormous likeness of his own face tattooed across his back, accompanied by the phrase, "Yeah dude, I rock!" This tattoo alone cements Steve O as one of the greatest jackasses of all time.
