1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the TattooFinder.com 2.0 Spring Survey Drawing (the “Drawing”), individuals must complete the TattooFinder.com survey, distributed beginning February 25, 2009 to visitors to the website and by mass marketing email to TattooFinder.com’s current opt-in mailing list, and provide their email address during the survey process. Individuals may request an email invitation to take the survey by sending an email inquiry to tfsurvey@tattoofinder.com.

Survey responses must be received by 12 p.m. Mountain Time, March 11, 2009. Limit one entry per person. Late entry allowed solely at the discretion of the Drawing Sponsor, Flash2xs.com, LLC, (dba TattooFinder.com) (“Sponsor”). Incomplete entries are ineligible. Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. WINNER DETERMINATION: The Sponsor will randomly choose three Drawing winners from all eligible entries by March 18, 2009. In the event there are not a sufficient number of qualified entries to select three (3) Drawing winners, such lower number of winners will be chosen as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. Winner(s) will be notified by March 18, 2009, at the email address they provide. Winner(s) must respond within five (5) business days of initial notification to claim their prizes.

3. PRIZE(S): Three (3) TattooFinder.com “prize packs” will be awarded to Drawing winners, each “prize pack” consisting of one (1) copy of the Tattoo Sourcebook, one (1) TattooFinder.com T-shirt, one (1) TattooFinder.com sticker set, and one (1) premium Hottest Inked 2009 calendar. Prizes will be sent via U.S. Mail to winner(s) upon their response, providing shipping address, to Sponsor’s email notification. Winner(s) must allow ten business days for prize shipment from delivery. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner(s). Prize(s) are not transferable. Taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with similar prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. One “prize pack” per person.

4. ELIGIBILITY: All employees of Sponsor, and business sponsors, their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible to win. By submitting an entry, contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules as they apply to the Drawing.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and their promotional and advertising agencies shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless by winner(s) for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Drawing, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Drawing, but in no event attorney's fees. Offer void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Drawing should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Drawing. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Drawing or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

6. WINNER(S) LIST: For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped, business size (#10) envelope to: TattooFinder.com 2.0 Spring Survey Drawing Winners List, c/o Tattoofinder.com, 2734 West 28th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80211. Requests must be received after March 18, 2009 and prior to April 30, 2009. DO NOT SEND ANY OTHER CORRESPONDENCE OR ENTRIES/ESSAYS TO THIS ADDRESS.
